Terms of service

These Health Agent Terms of Use, the Health Agent Services Agreement, the Health Agent Privacy Policy and the Health Agent User Documentation are collectively referred to as the "Terms”. These Terms govern your access and use of the Health Agent software.

By expressing your interest in an account, and subsequently logging in, you agree to the terms.

1. Your Account

  1. You register for a user account by providing your details on the Health Agent registration platform.

  2. We will review your details and verify your eligibility for an account. This process includes ensuring the information provided is accurate and meets our requirements.

  3. If your registration is successful, we will issue your account and send your account details to the email address you provided in your registration application.

  4. Please note that your email address will serve as your username for the Health Agent software.

  5. You are required to create a password. Be sure to follow prompts for password creation on the sign-in page.

  6. Each user account is intended for individual use only. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.

  7. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Health Agent software if there is evidence of account sharing or credential misuse.

  8. Health Agent will never request your password. Protect your password and ensure it remains confidential.

  9. By registering and activating your account, you consent to receive electronic notifications and communications from Health Agent to the email address you have provided.

2. Permitted User (‘General User’)

2.1  As a Permitted User of the Health Agent software, you agree to:

  1. Create a robust and unique password that is a minimum of eight (8) characters, using a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, at least one (1) number and at least one (1) special character;

  2. Keep secure your password to the Health Agent software;

  3. Not share with others your password to the Health Agent software;

  4. Immediately notify enquiry@healthagent.com.au of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your user account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password;

  5. Change your password regularly, and at least once every six (6) months;

  6. Change your password promptly upon Health Agent's request;

  7. Not allow others to log into the Health Agent software using your account credentials;

  8. Access and use the Health Agent software only in accordance with the Health Agent Services Agreement, the Health Agent Conditions of Use, and the Health Agent user documentation provided by Health Agent;

  9. Report to enquiry@healthagent.com.au any violations of the Terms as soon as you become aware of them; and

  10. Be responsible for all usage or activity on your account with the Health Agent software. Any fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account.

3. Administrative User (‘Admin User’)

3.1 As an Admin User of the Health Agent software, you agree to comply with the Permitted User Terms, and you further agree to:

  1. Be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability of the information that you add to your Organisation’s profile;

  2. Add Permitted Users to your Organisation’s profile only after you have told them you are disclosing their personal information to Health Agent, and you have their consent to do so, and you have directed them to the Health Agent Privacy Policy https://healthagent.com.au/privacy if requested;

  3. Immediately remove Permitted Users from your Organisation’s profile once they no longer require access to the Health Agent software;

  4. Regularly review the Permitted Users for accuracy, currency, and correctness;

  5. Only allow Permitted Users to access the Health Agent software; and

  6. Ensure that Permitted Users review and comply with the Terms.

5. Currency of these Terms

  2. Health Agent may change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this website or otherwise providing notice to you. By continuing to use the Health Agent software after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to each use of the Health Agent software.

  3. If any of the Terms, or any future changes, are unacceptable to you, you may (i) cancel your user account and/or (ii) discontinue your use of the Health Agent software. Your continued use of the Health Agent software now, or following the posting of updated terms of service, will indicate acceptance by you of such Terms, changes, or modifications.
